How do I track my order?
 

Upon completing your purchase transaction, a receipt will be sent to you.  We'll process your order and upon fulfilling it a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship worldwide.  A flat rate cost between $7-$10 is applied at the time of check out for all domestic (USA) orders.  We use USPS flat rate for international shipping and costs vary depending on country

 

How do I return an item?

Due to it's personal nature, Exchanges or Returns on Masks are not allowed.

Exchanging or returning for refund your Bags & Totes or other General Merchandise is simple.  You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to make an exchange or return claim.  Simply complete the exchange/refund form and include it with your returned items.  Our return address is on the form

If you choose to make an exchange and the item you'd like to exchange for is not available, we will automatically process a refund.

Can I exchange or return an item that was not purchased online?
 

Simply put, no.  We do work with other retail stores, however you must continue your transactions through those retailers.

We also don't process exchanges or returns on items purchased with us at any shows, fairs, expos, craft events. All sales for these types of pop-up events are final.

 

 

Do you do custom orders?
 

Yes. We can handle requests of both handmade items and manufactured items.  Our most popular requests are keychains, Bags & Totes for party favors & gifts. Email us at courageandcotton@gmail.com to start the discussion.

How do I wash my tote and accessory bags?
 

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. We suggest pretreating visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush.  Let the bag air dry.

Why the name Courage & Cotton?
 

Our owner is a Christian and a firm believer in being bold and courageous in the things of God.  Combine that with an inclination toward design and the creative process and you get Courage & Cotton.  Owner Mitchell Kealoha III is a staff member at Word of Life Christian Center in Honolulu, HI.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you make a purchas, we collect personal information such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products and other updates. 

 

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you we get your consent?  When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. 

 

How do you withdraw your consent?  If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at courageandcotton@gmail.com.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. 

 

SECTION 4 - WIX.COM

Our store is hosted on Wix.com.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.  However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

 

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
